The Tower-Breitung Water Treatment Facility improvement project consisted of a new water filtration plant, chemical treatment, and the building to house the equipment for iron and manganese removal.

JPJ 's role in the project included:

• Assisting the City of Tower and Breitung Township in securing  project funding
• Preparing preliminary plans
• Preparing final project plans and specifications
